The Plaintiff, H.N., sought compensation for sexual abuse by the Defendant, a volunteer tutor at the Plaintiff’s elementary school. The Plaintiff also submitted claims against the Board of Education School District No. 661 for vicarious liability. This was related to both the abuse by the tutor and for the alleged negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
