IPE Cares
IPE is committed to helping communities thrive by supporting community well-being. IPE created an initiative, “IPE Cares: Homelessness Response Program”, that addresses one of the most pressing issues facing communities and local governments - homelessness. IPE is in a unique position to engage both municipalities and community service organizations and provide support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
IPE Cares reflects our commitment to helping people. We recognize that homelessness is not just a housing issue; it’s a community challenge that affects everyone. Investing in homelessness reduction initiatives is part of our broader vision for stronger, more resilient communities.

Intact Climate Resilience Grants
Municipalities and Indigenous communities are experiencing firsthand the impacts of extreme weather. The Intact Climate Resilience Grants provide up to $225,000 to support practical, community-led resilience projects that help reduce flood and wildfire risk and strengthen community readiness.
