Risk Management Considerations for Skateboard Parks

Skateboard parks were created as a way to reduce the risk of incidents involving skateboarders interacting with pedestrians and/or vehicles. However, these facilities are not without their own risk. You have a duty, as an Occupier,  to keep the equipment and property in a safe condition to accommodate the skateboard park’s intended purpose.
