Intact Public Entities (IPE), a leader in providing insurance solutions, including complimentary risk management and claims services to public entities and non-profit organization across Canada, is excited to announce a new strategic partnership with Community Living Ontario.
Community Living Ontario (CLO), a provincial association that advocates with and supports people with intellectual disabilities, and their families also includes a network of 128 local member organizations. Member organizations provide critical supports, including housing, employment services, and opportunities for community participation to their members.
“This partnership brings important expertise and added capacity to our sector,” says Chris Beesley, CEO of Community Living Ontario. “Intact Public Entities understands the realities our member organizations face and the importance of managing risk while continuing to deliver high-quality supports. By working together, we can help strengthen community-based services across Ontario and support the inclusion, safety, and well-being of people with intellectual disabilities.”
IPE will share insurance expertise to CLO member organization including, risk management education, handling best practices related to claims, and provide access to resources that enhance operational resilience.
