Intact Public Entities (IPE) and Local Authority Services (LAS) are proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 All Risk Municipal Grant.
Three Ontario municipalities receive a $10,000 grant to support their implementation of innovative solutions to risk management challenges in their communities.
Launched in January 2026, the All Risk Municipal Grant was established to recognize and support exceptional municipal projects that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and practical approaches to risk management. This year's winning initiatives stand out for their ability to improve community safety and resilience while providing scalable solutions that municipalities across Ontario can adopt.

2026 All Risk Municipal Grant Recipients
Bruce County: Solar-Powered Flood Monitoring System
This project will install solar-powered flood monitoring sensors with real-time alerts to help emergency responders quickly assess flood risks and mitigate their impacts on communities and infrastructure.
Central Huron Municipality: Sewer CCTV Inspections
This project will use acoustic inspection technology to detect sewer blockages and potential infrastructure issues, enabling proactive maintenance and more effective asset management.
City of Guelph: Road Safety – Connected Vehicle Data
This project will analyze anonymized data from connected vehicles to identify road safety risks and support targeted roadway safety improvements.
