In this webinar, Senior Legal Counsel, Jim Dakin, will lead a discussion about abuse exposure for Children’s Aid Societies. The number of abuse claims continues to rise across the province and the courts have become more inclined to award larger sums of money in these claims, resulting in a real threat. Best practices, claims management and relevant case law will also be addressed.

Jim has extensive experience working on sensitive and emotionally charged abuse claims and will lend his experience and knowledge to participants.
